Shipping prices are based on the total weight of your order.
Most orders leave our warehouse within 4 business days after the order is placed and will take between two and four additional business days to arrive, based on the shipping method you select. Packages may deliver via UPS or USPS.
Some very unique, customized products may require additional time before they leave the warehouse. Please refer to the product specific delivery dates shown to the right of the actual product.
Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude holidays. If your order will be delayed, we will notify you immediately. Orders shipping to P.O. Boxes or orders with custom personalization (like logos) may require additional time.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We ship to P.O. Boxes using the Standard Delivery method ONLY. Orders shipping to P.O. Boxes will be shipped via U.S.P.S. and shipment tracking will not be available. Shipping to P.O. Boxes could delay the arrival of the order.
Tracking Your Order
When your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you an email with a link to the shipping company's tracking website, with detailed information about the status and location of your order. You must create an account before or during your order to access this information from our website. Just click on My Account on any page to sign up.
At this time the only international locations BGD Custom Creation ships to is Canada and Mexico. Canadian and Mexican customers are responsible for their respective countries duty and/or taxes. International customers must have U.S. Based Credit Card. We will ship to U.S. Territories. Our representatives speak only English.

Returns & Cancellations
Please call Customer Service at 1.844.BGD1WAY for a Return Merchandise authorization (RMA) number if you require a return.
Our system will not permit adjustments or alterations to any order once it has begun processing. Changes or alterations to engraving/ personalization must be made within 24 hours by calling Customer Services at 1.844.BGD1WAY. We can’t guarantee the change can be made if production has begun but we will attempt to meet your needs. If production has already started prior to you contacting us any changes or additions must be done as a new order. Any new order charges will apply.
Please call Customer Service at 1.844.BGD1WAY if you need to cancel.
Our products are personalized to meet your needs, as such any cancellation after 24 hours of ordering will incur a 15% cancellation fee.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund within 7-10 days of cancellation or 14-20 days of return of item (s) due to damage or error of our fault to BGD Custom Creations, first check your bank account and/or Credit Card Company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted by your financial institution.
If you’ve done this and a reasonable time (as noted above) has past and you still have not received your refund please contact us at 1.844.BGD1WAY. Please have your receipt and order/ cancellation number handy.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item and you have receive an RMA number send us an email at email@example.com letting us know you have shipped the item (s) for replacement. Our mailing address is:

We refund only non-personalized Gifts. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your non-personalized item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
